What SlickSessions does

SlickSessions is an AI-powered tool that generates draft educational materials for educators. You describe what you need, and our AI creates lesson plans, therapy materials, worksheets, assessments, IEP goal suggestions, and more — tailored to your role and students. All generated content is a starting point for your professional review, not a final product.

Your responsibilities

  • Review all generated materials before using them with students. AI-generated content should be treated as a draft that requires your professional judgment.
  • Do not enter protected information such as student names, dates of birth, or other identifying details into the generator. Use descriptions instead (for example, "7-year-old working on /r/"). SlickSessions is not HIPAA or FERPA-compliant for student data.
  • You are responsible for ensuring materials are appropriate for your students, aligned to relevant standards, and meet your professional and legal requirements.
  • Follow your district and state AI policies. Some states have issued guidance on AI use in educational planning. You are responsible for following your school, district, and state policies regarding AI-generated materials.

IEP goals, 504 plans, and educational planning documents

SlickSessions generates draft suggestions for IEP goals, present levels, behavior intervention plans, 504 accommodations, IFSP outcomes, and other educational planning documents. These are starting points for professional review — not final documents.

Under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), IEP goals must be developed by the IEP team — including parents, teachers, and qualified professionals — based on individualized evaluation data and the specific needs of the student. SlickSessions is not a member of the IEP team and does not participate in the IEP process.

All generated content must be reviewed, individualized, and approved by qualified professionals before inclusion in any official document. SlickSessions does not guarantee that generated content meets IDEA, Section 504, state regulatory requirements, or any specific compliance standard.

Student privacy (FERPA)

SlickSessions is not a FERPA-covered entity. We do not have direct relationships with students or access to education records. Educators are responsible for ensuring they do not disclose protected student information when using our service.

Prompts are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for generation and are not used to train AI models. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details on data handling.

  • Pro tier: 10 generations per day, saved history for $39.99/month or $299/year. Cancel anytime through your Stripe billing portal.
  • Professional tier: 20 generations per day, priority generation, saved history for $79.99/month or $599/year. Cancel anytime through your Stripe billing portal.
  • Generated materials are yours to use, print, share with families and colleagues, and incorporate into your practice after professional review.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly or annually based on your selected plan. You can cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Limitations and disclaimer

  • SlickSessions is a tool, not a substitute for clinical or professional expertise. We do not provide medical, therapeutic, or legal advice.
  • AI-generated materials may contain errors. Always review before use.
  • We do not guarantee that generated materials meet specific state standards, IDEA requirements, or regulatory requirements.
  • SlickSessions is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation of liability

SlickSessions is not responsible for any outcome resulting from the use of generated materials in educational planning, IEP development, due process proceedings, or any other context. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlickSessions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of generated materials, including but not limited to claims related to IEP compliance, special education disputes, or due process proceedings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
